Flawless Make-up using Etude House Precious Mineral BB Cream

Hello everyone! I'm left alone with my baby today so I decided to make a brief review about the BB Cream that I have been using this past few days.

There have been a lot of raves on BB Cream up to this date. I am not a fan of light coverage make-up because I used to work for almost 12 hours so I thought BB creams are too light coverage for my taste.

I tested few products at the counter to see their consistensy and coverage. I was looking for something affordable but promises better skin in the long run untill I come accross Etude House Precious Mineral Precious Mineral BB Cream. I've had it for a while, almost six months I guess but I don't use it on a daily basis. I still rely on foundation when I go to work.

Description
Precious Mineral BB Cream promotes silky complexion with pear infused sheer coverage. Contains adenosine & arbutin for anti-wrinkle & whitening efficacies. SPF for UV protection. Paraben free. Oil free. Mineral Oil free. Dermatologist tested.

Since I stop working, I don't feel the need to use heavy foundation anymore. So I gave this BB Cream another try and I'm glad I did. I used to apply it using a flat top brush but I learned that applying it using my fingers is better. I think that it looks even when applied with fingers and it makes the product stays longer on my face, maybe that's just me.

Two pumps are enough to cover the whole face and neck.

This is how a pump looks like. It looks heavy, right?

When blended. See how it covers lines on my hand?

I like that it has SPF 30/ PA ++ and it slightly covers my blemishes without the heavy feel of foundation. I use Ellana Mineral powder to set it and the result is just amazing, it's a perfect combo for me! I sometimes put concealer on top of the BB cream if I feel that I will need more coverage during the day.

Please note that my photos are taken without flash. The coverage it gives is enough especially on a hot humid day. I don't want to look cakey or to see the foundation melting on my face. For less than Php800 with 60g of products it will last more than 2 months of daily use. Just think of it as a tinted moisturizer with additional benefits for your skin.

New Bath Companion from Watsons

Who doesn't love taking a bath? I live in the Philippines where it's very humid and the temperature can go up to 60 degree Celsius or even higher during summer. I have bath-time essentials which I use on a daily basis. I just recently run-out of my favorite body wash from The body shop, I first thought of buying new ones from Daiso just to give it a try but I decided to check Watson's first. I know they have body essentials like lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and even mouthwash at a very reasonable price. Some items are on Buy-one Get-one promo. Watson's carry a lot of different products from head to toe. I have tried their mouthwash and Hair Spa. I must say that they work perfectly the same as the other brands with a higher price tag because of the expensive commercials and advertisements. My husband and I still use their mouthwash until now. Here are my new bath-time companion from Watson's. I currently use this deep moisturizing

Aido Classic Lipstick Review

Hello pretty ladies! Have you heard before about the local brand called Aido? I used to call it "I do" just because I want to make fun of myself and that makes the brand sounds a little bit more interesting hihihi. I was checking Fashion 21 cosmetics because I needed to buy new powder foundation. I noticed the lipsticks from Aido sitting there on Fashion 21 stall, that's when I realized they don't have their own. I swatched some of the colors specifically the pink ones because I'm looking for another pink lipstick and the color that I want from Maybelline is not yet available here in the Philippines. Instead of just swatching pinks I found myself checking as well the other shades but I ended up buying the shades N, K and B. It  doesn't sound good when lipsticks are named by letters, don't you think? The packaging looks like the old packaging of a lipstick that my Mom used to wear but it doesn't look cheap to me at all, in fact it reminds me Mode

Maybelline Clear Smooth B.B Stick

Hi Lovely ladies! It's been weeks or month since my last post, I've been pre-occupied with a lot of things but I always kept thinking about this blog and my readers. It's a sunny Thursday today and I'm hoping all of you are having a good day. I can't believe how time pass by so fast. Today I'm going to review a product by Maybelline called Clear Smooth B.B Stick . I've had this for more than a month and I use it when I'm going to the mall or just at home. I saw this babe when I was already making a payment at Watsons. It got my attention because I've never seen a B.B Cream made just like this. I know BB creams are in liquid form like foundation and I've seen a foundation stick but not BB Stick like this one. Maybelline claims: Clear Smooth BB Stick is a multi-benefit product that combines the benefits of skin care, make-up, and sun block in a stick. It contains salicylic acid that helps clear away pores and imperfections, and miner
