Human Nature Sunflower Cleansing Oil

Hello Ladies!

My son has been sleeping for two hours so I decided to post a review on the Human Heart Nature Sunflower Cleansing Oil. I currently use this as a make-up remover and I'd have to say that I'm liking it so far. It is included in the package that I ordered from HHN's website.

Human Heart Nature claims that it has no parabens and 100% no harmful chemicals which means that only the good stuff is used to make this product. Below are the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
Premium  cosmetic-grade Heliantus annus (Sunflower) oil, fragrance (all natural).

It comes in a 200ml pump bottle. I normally use two pumps to remove the make-up all over my face. It has a nice citru-sy smell that I like but dis-appears upon rubbing the oil on the face.

Here's a photo of how many product comes out in a pump. I really hope I was able to catch the oil here in this picture :)

Yes, it can remove foundation, eyeshadow, lipstick (I use it on my lips as well), and blush but not the eyeliner. I haven't tried using this in removing mascara but I'm thinking I'll have a hard time removing waterproof mascara with this oil.

Below is the picture of the towel tissue that I used to remove the make-up on my face (eewww).  .

Overall:

This is my very first make-up remover and I think I will continously using it untill I find something that can instantly remove eyeliner and mascara in one swipe of a towel. I like the mild smell of citrus and for the price (P350) not a bad deal at all considering that they are using natural ingredients.

Have you tried Human Nature Sunflower Cleansing Oil? Let me know what you think :)

My take on the NARS Orgasm Blush

Hello pretty ladies! It's the second day of the week. I hope you're all enjoying every little things in life.

Today, I want to show you one of my favorite blush. Well, I don't really have a lot because I tend to buy the same color every time I look for another one but this one I'm sticking with.

The NARS Orgasm has been a cult favorite. I was so sold about the reviews of Make-up gurus on youtube and make-up blogs which made me decide to have this for myself. I've had this blush for over a year but this doesn't look like I'm near hitting the pan, I don't use it everyday though. Sure for this blush a little goes a long way!

It comes in a black packaging with the four letter word N-A-R-S written on top which I like. It looks professional and clean. Since I bought this product, I didn't remove it in it's original box that's why it doesn't accumulate dirt.

It has a mirror inside which I rarely use. I still want to use a bigger mirror where I can see my face and the whole make-up but honestly it's usable if you're someone whose always on the go and holding another mirror for blush application is not an option.

Here's a picture of the blush taken under artificial light. The natural light in my balcony tend to wash-off the color that's why I didn't add it here. I put three swipe on the back of my hand to show the full color on picture. See that gold shimmer there? I thought I'd be mindful of that but when you put just the right amount, say one or two swipe on your cheek, it would look natural and just blushing. The color lasted 6 hours on me but I work in an air-conditioned room which might help the color stay put.

A peachy-pink color with gold shimmer.

Here's another picture with one swipe without flash.

Even with just one swipe the color is enough to be seen. Basically, I am satisfied with how this give me a nice flush of color on my cheeks without making me look like a clown.

So ladies, tell me your thoughts on Orgasm, whether you’ve tried it or not. Let me know!

The Body Shop Moisture Fundation with SPF 15

Hi beautiful ladies! I just recently purchased The Body Shop Moisture foundation with SPF 15 during their Independence Day sale. I was so tempted and I didn't expect for this to be at 60% off. Yes, you read it right. I got this for only P518 from the original price of P1295. So what I did is get two of this, one that matches my skin tone and the other one which is one a lighter.

So when I get home I immediately checked reviews about this baby and found that it is rated 4.6 at The Body Shop website and 3.6 at Make-up Alley. I tested the product to see for myself. Below are what I have to say.

The Body Shop Moisture Foundation SPF 15 in 05

 One pump of 05

I used two pumps of The body Shop Moisture Foundation on the photo above and blend it using my fingers. See how it covers the pimple marks on my chin.

With full make-up. I love how photogenic this foundation is.

What I Like:
  • easy to blend using fingers, haven't tried blending it with a brush though
  • it matches my skin tone - 05
  • it comes in a pump bottle with 30 ml of product
  • it has SPF! - a must for me
  • Buildable, doesn't cake on me
  • a pea size amount can cover the whole face
  • it didn't cause me any breakouts
  • it can lightly cover pimple scars and blemishes
  • moisturizes my skin

What I don't Like:
  • price (1295 original price)
  • looks oily after 2-3 hours

Will I repurchase?
Yes!

I don't hate nor love this foundation but I have been using it more than my other foundations available because it looks natural on me and it doesn't look cakey. With it's price I guess I would have to wait for the next 50-60% Off Sale before buying again, plus I still have another one which I have to finish and this bottle would last me a long time.

Have you tried any foundation from The Body Shop?

Collection from Zalora Yey!

Hello ladies!

I hope you're having a great weekend. I recently posted about the shoes I want to buy from Zalora. Guess what? My orders arrived and I was very excited when I saw them on top of our table. They arrived two days after the transaction which is quite fast. The boxes were nicely packed in a plastic and the boxes has this printed text all over showing zalora's website. I am excited to wear all of them to the office. I take care of my shoes just like how I take care of my make-up. I want to keep them inside their original boxes but I have bought some plastic shoe boxes for the others. Here are some of the photos of my new shoes.

The box that I received with my shoes packed inside

Tada! I love them all.

I hope you like them too. Have you check Zalora's website? How's your experience?
