Human Nature Sunflower Cleansing Oil

Hello Ladies!

My son has been sleeping for two hours so I decided to post a review on the Human Heart Nature Sunflower Cleansing Oil. I currently use this as a make-up remover and I'd have to say that I'm liking it so far. It is included in the package that I ordered from HHN's website.

Human Heart Nature claims that it has no parabens and 100% no harmful chemicals which means that only the good stuff is used to make this product. Below are the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
Premium  cosmetic-grade Heliantus annus (Sunflower) oil, fragrance (all natural).

It comes in a 200ml pump bottle. I normally use two pumps to remove the make-up all over my face. It has a nice citru-sy smell that I like but dis-appears upon rubbing the oil on the face.

Here's a photo of how many product comes out in a pump. I really hope I was able to catch the oil here in this picture :)

Yes, it can remove foundation, eyeshadow, lipstick (I use it on my lips as well), and blush but not the eyeliner. I haven't tried using this in removing mascara but I'm thinking I'll have a hard time removing waterproof mascara with this oil.

Below is the picture of the towel tissue that I used to remove the make-up on my face (eewww).  .

Overall:

This is my very first make-up remover and I think I will continously using it untill I find something that can instantly remove eyeliner and mascara in one swipe of a towel. I like the mild smell of citrus and for the price (P350) not a bad deal at all considering that they are using natural ingredients.

Have you tried Human Nature Sunflower Cleansing Oil? Let me know what you think :)

  1. I was quite apprehensive about this product at first. Personally kasi I don't like removers that are oil-based kasi ang sticky niya, and may scent kasi to di ba. But I was pretty pleased with how effective this is! Really affordable tapos ang dami pa nung actual product. Aside from the scent, ang ayoko lang yung packaging kasi nag leak ung oil kaya hirap dalhin for travels.

  2. @Chilipina: Yes sis it has a mild citrus scent but effective for the price! I'm not having problem with leaks but I always press the pump carefully, you can transfer some of the oil that you'll use for travel kasi medyo bulky sya dalhin. I just use mine at home so nakatayo lang sya palagi.

  3. I love using oil based removers since I have dry skin and I wear make up on a daily basis. I used to buy the shiseido cleansing oil but since it's too expensive I opted to find a cheaper alternative and luckily I stumbled upon this product. I am very happy with it. I don't get break outs and it easily removes my stubborn water-proof mascara (I tend to apply lots and lots of layers XD). As of now this is my go to make up remover and I hope it doesn't phase out.

Aido Classic Lipstick Review

Hello pretty ladies! Have you heard before about the local brand called Aido? I used to call it "I do" just because I want to make fun of myself and that makes the brand sounds a little bit more interesting hihihi. I was checking Fashion 21 cosmetics because I needed to buy new powder foundation. I noticed the lipsticks from Aido sitting there on Fashion 21 stall, that's when I realized they don't have their own. I swatched some of the colors specifically the pink ones because I'm looking for another pink lipstick and the color that I want from Maybelline is not yet available here in the Philippines. Instead of just swatching pinks I found myself checking as well the other shades but I ended up buying the shades N, K and B. It  doesn't sound good when lipsticks are named by letters, don't you think? The packaging looks like the old packaging of a lipstick that my Mom used to wear but it doesn't look cheap to me at all, in fact it reminds me Mode

New Bath Companion from Watsons

Who doesn't love taking a bath? I live in the Philippines where it's very humid and the temperature can go up to 60 degree Celsius or even higher during summer. I have bath-time essentials which I use on a daily basis. I just recently run-out of my favorite body wash from The body shop, I first thought of buying new ones from Daiso just to give it a try but I decided to check Watson's first. I know they have body essentials like lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and even mouthwash at a very reasonable price. Some items are on Buy-one Get-one promo. Watson's carry a lot of different products from head to toe. I have tried their mouthwash and Hair Spa. I must say that they work perfectly the same as the other brands with a higher price tag because of the expensive commercials and advertisements. My husband and I still use their mouthwash until now. Here are my new bath-time companion from Watson's. I currently use this deep moisturizing

Maybelline Clear Smooth B.B Stick

Hi Lovely ladies! It's been weeks or month since my last post, I've been pre-occupied with a lot of things but I always kept thinking about this blog and my readers. It's a sunny Thursday today and I'm hoping all of you are having a good day. I can't believe how time pass by so fast. Today I'm going to review a product by Maybelline called Clear Smooth B.B Stick . I've had this for more than a month and I use it when I'm going to the mall or just at home. I saw this babe when I was already making a payment at Watsons. It got my attention because I've never seen a B.B Cream made just like this. I know BB creams are in liquid form like foundation and I've seen a foundation stick but not BB Stick like this one. Maybelline claims: Clear Smooth BB Stick is a multi-benefit product that combines the benefits of skin care, make-up, and sun block in a stick. It contains salicylic acid that helps clear away pores and imperfections, and miner
