Human Nature Sunflower Cleansing Oil

Hello Ladies!

My son has been sleeping for two hours so I decided to post a review on the Human Heart Nature Sunflower Cleansing Oil. I currently use this as a make-up remover and I'd have to say that I'm liking it so far. It is included in the package that I ordered from HHN's website.

Human Heart Nature claims that it has no parabens and 100% no harmful chemicals which means that only the good stuff is used to make this product. Below are the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
Premium  cosmetic-grade Heliantus annus (Sunflower) oil, fragrance (all natural).

It comes in a 200ml pump bottle. I normally use two pumps to remove the make-up all over my face. It has a nice citru-sy smell that I like but dis-appears upon rubbing the oil on the face.

Here's a photo of how many product comes out in a pump. I really hope I was able to catch the oil here in this picture :)

Yes, it can remove foundation, eyeshadow, lipstick (I use it on my lips as well), and blush but not the eyeliner. I haven't tried using this in removing mascara but I'm thinking I'll have a hard time removing waterproof mascara with this oil.

Below is the picture of the towel tissue that I used to remove the make-up on my face (eewww).  .

Overall:

This is my very first make-up remover and I think I will continously using it untill I find something that can instantly remove eyeliner and mascara in one swipe of a towel. I like the mild smell of citrus and for the price (P350) not a bad deal at all considering that they are using natural ingredients.

Have you tried Human Nature Sunflower Cleansing Oil? Let me know what you think :)

  1. I was quite apprehensive about this product at first. Personally kasi I don't like removers that are oil-based kasi ang sticky niya, and may scent kasi to di ba. But I was pretty pleased with how effective this is! Really affordable tapos ang dami pa nung actual product. Aside from the scent, ang ayoko lang yung packaging kasi nag leak ung oil kaya hirap dalhin for travels.

  2. @Chilipina: Yes sis it has a mild citrus scent but effective for the price! I'm not having problem with leaks but I always press the pump carefully, you can transfer some of the oil that you'll use for travel kasi medyo bulky sya dalhin. I just use mine at home so nakatayo lang sya palagi.

  3. I love using oil based removers since I have dry skin and I wear make up on a daily basis. I used to buy the shiseido cleansing oil but since it's too expensive I opted to find a cheaper alternative and luckily I stumbled upon this product. I am very happy with it. I don't get break outs and it easily removes my stubborn water-proof mascara (I tend to apply lots and lots of layers XD). As of now this is my go to make up remover and I hope it doesn't phase out.

My First Secosana Bags Purchase

Hello pretty ladies! It's the start of the week and I'm hoping all of you are having a great day. I just want to share my first purchase of Secosana Bags. I've seen a lot of women wearing bags from Secosana and because of that I tried to keep away from the brand thinking that I'll bumped with a person wearing the same bag as mine. But yesterday, My husband and I went to SM North for the 3-Days Sale and oh  my! Most of the items are on 10%-50% off. Not only that, new items that are being sold at it's regular price during weekdays are also on SALE! I planned on buying a new bag so I checked around the Department store to see what I can get. I then saw the sign from Secosana showing 50% off of their Bags on display. I checked all colors and designs before I decided what to buy (I actually get my Moms' opinion before buying the bags). Here are the photos. I got this for P690 (regular price P1399.75) I got this for P650 (regular price P899.75) ...

Milani Single and Quad eyeshadow

Hello pretties! How have you all been doing lately? I've been busy thinking if I should get a MAC eyeshadow palette or MAC brushes. But when I heard from youtube gurus that Milani have nice colors of eyeshadows which are pretty the same of MAC I went ahead and check google. Here are my top finds for you.  They call this palette Exotic Berries I think that it's because most of the colors in this quad have pink shades. I haven't tried wearing all of the colors from this one and I feel excited to show how it looks. I apologize if I'm not able to take swatches of this. My camera washes off the color when I took the pictures. My favorite color here is the second one from the first row. It has a nice silver color with a little bit of pink shimmer on it but not too shimmery. Next is what they call Sedona Sunset. I can use it when I want that neutral eye look. I also have few single eyeshadow. From left: Almondine, Sheer Sand and Desert Sun. From Lef...

Nichido Length and Curl Mascara

I have used this Mascara  for half a year so now I think it's time to bring this baby to the spotlight. Here is another review from a local brand Nichido, this time it's a mascara. I was browsing through racks and racks of make-up looking for a perfect mascara that I can wear everyday. I don't want to spend too much for a mascara because they tend to dry up fast, that's base on experience from other mascaras I've tried. I was checking Nichido counter when the SA approached me. She gave me several mascaras to choose from. Others are just not for my liking because it doesn't hold curls or it make my eyelashes clumpy and heavy after application. She told me to try Nichido Length and Curl Mascara. She got me when she said that it doesn't  clump eyelashes and it won't dry fast. I gave it a try and I like it. It holds curl and gives additional length to my eyelashes. It has small hairs that would stick to your eyelashes for added lenght but I haven...
